Barrier to writing online is very low (Notion + super.so, or twitter. Even blogs have some friction but tons of use). barrier to video is higher, but the underlying content is there for a lot of it. Tools that facilitate this will be big.
Monetizing strategies need to be very honest about the tool - does it capitalize on wannabe content creators (then monetize as you would a hobby) or on the few who take off (monetize as enterprise deals)
Video editing is still incredibly manual but shouldn’t be. Soon, friction of creating movies (animated or otherwise) will be 10x less and everyone will be able to produce movies. Winners there will be good storytellers with good imagination, not technical abilities. We can’t imagine that world yet.
